Shipping Products Purchased From Our Site:

All products purchased will be shipped within 7 days of confirmed payment. All products are shipped via Australia Post both nationally and internationally.

Returns Policy:

To return goods you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods with the reason for the return. We will provide a refund less the shipping and handling charges for the returned goods, provided they have not been worn or damaged. All returned goods must be sent via a tracable shipping service. Aus Ugg Boots cannot be responsible for returned goods lost during shipping.

Cancelling an Order:

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately. Once goods have been shipped it will be at the discretion of Aus Ugg Boots if cancellation can be accepted.

Duties and Taxes in Destination Country:

The purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes and any other fees that may be payable in the destination country.
